Orange County Attorney Wayne Gross analyzed the government’s drug case against Broadcom co-founder Henry Nicholas for a story that ran on the front page of today’s Orange County Business Journal.

“Judge Carney appears to be signaling to the prosecutors that they should seriously consider dismissing the drug charges,” he said, referencing the judge’s dismissal of a stock options fraud case.
