Daily Journal – Ex-Greenberg Lawyers Open New Firm – Greenberg Gross LLP

Greenberg Gross partner Wayne Gross was quoted in the Daily Journal about the formation of Greenberg Gross LLP. The firm was founded with former Greenberg Traurig shareholder Alan Greenberg, with the intent to focus on high-stakes litigation cases. The benefit of starting a smaller, more focused practice, Wayne says, is that they will be able to avoid the conflict restrictions imposed by larger firms and offer their clients more flexible fee arrangements.

“It’s now at a point where I would like the freedom to represent the business client that I would like to represent without big firm conflict issues that sometimes arise,” Gross said.

“Additionally big firms are often limited to representing defendants in business litigation case. By having our own firm, we can represent plaintiffs as well defendants.”
